About me

I believe that my experience, determination and knowledge in customer service make the best match for this position. I trust that having self-studied extensively into the field of hospitality and having the privilege of holding a bachelors in Co-operation and Banking will prepare me for the challenges lie ahead . From my A levels I had developed a passion in Hospitality especially with customer service. Iam willing to learn and I have the drive and motivation to make best out of this opportunity if offered a place. Am a confident, reliable and enthusiastic individual with previous customer support experience. I relish helping clients, customers, users and individuals solving trouble they may have. Iam a great communicator over the phone and face to face. I strive to work well under pressure and love to keep myself and my work flow organised. I always love to take an enthusiastic approach in user support which is combined with a friendly, genuine and dedicated nature. I am currently working at Scholar Co Tuitions as Customer Support Assistant, in my current job I answer customer quires, a small amount of written with peers and administration team, involving class schedules. Prior to this role I worked as Event Operations Manager at Rahmaniya Caterers at India. Assisted the team in decoration of stages, arrangements of food, cleaning of all containers, crockery, and cutlery ,conducted training session to the new employees and also done stock verification. I have excellent interpersonal skills and am well-spoken. I am proficient at running a cash register . My customer service skills are second to none and I strive to ensure that customers walk away from my service with a positive experience. I have been thanked on more occasions than I can count for going above and beyond to help a customer and answer a question. It is not unusual for me to go out of my way to find a solution to a problem or an answer to a question. I also have experience as Operations Head at Sree Gurudeva Central School, this job have given me a variety of opportunity to support clients by managing them professionally using a rapid and agile methodology. The skills I have learned like Technical proficiency, Data processing skills, planning, Budget management, Staff management and Decision-making skills will be an addon. I'm confident in my ability to work hard and deliver quality results, in order to showcase my skills and expertise.
